I recently started hearing from more people the question of: what is upcycling?
It is an act, similar to recycling, helping us use the 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 resources of our planet earth so we create 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲.
Thanks to both techniques, what might have been waste, finds a new life instead.
Major difference of the two is: upcycling does not change the material qualities of what we use, and recycling (usually) changes the material qualities by destroying the original state of it.
